Over the summer, we made some internal adjustments to better serve you. The most obvious change may be the new, male voice on the telephone. His name is Jason and he’s our new Client Advocate. Designated to work on your behalf, Jason’s typical day is spent answering your calls, emails and texts. Often, he’ll run down the hall to harass one of the CPAs until he’s given the answers to your questions. He can be found trailing behind Crystal, giving her a detailed, daily task list so your projects are her priorities. As an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Jason is also responsible for our QuickBooks Online training program. He is your go-to guy for questions, answers and status updates.
