Last month, several members of The Royce CPA Firm team traveled to Las Vegas for Intuit Connect 2025 — an inspiring conference for accounting professionals from across the country. The event was packed with new ideas, valuable insights, and some unforgettable experiences.
One of the highlights was hearing from John Foley, former lead solo pilot of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, who spoke about teamwork, trust, and the power of precision — lessons that resonate deeply with how we operate as a firm.
In addition to earning valuable CPE credits, our team took time to bond, learn, and have fun together. We explored the Las Vegas Strip, celebrated Halloween on Fremont Street, enjoyed amazing food, and even tried virtual reality as a team experience. We also visited the Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay, where we got to unwind and reconnect outside the classroom.
We returned to Tucson re-energized, full of fresh ideas, and more connected than ever. The insights we gained will help us better serve our clients, improve our processes, and continue growing as a team.
