Krista graduated from Pima Community College in August 2024 with an Associates in Paralegal Studies. She also recently obtained her Legal Document Preparer Certification.

Personal Side

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, hanging out with friends, playing games, and binge-watching Netflix. She is an avid reader (mostly fiction) and loves just lounging around.

A Huge Help During the Pandemic

Tax time is no longer the time for chest pains

Previously my chest pains due to the stress caused by tax time would start in late December and last for months until we finally got our taxes filed. IRS nightmare over thanks to Crystal

My family and I kept getting letters from the IRS asking for money for taxes that were already paid. I exhausted every route I could find on my own, including phone calls and letters to the IRS, and then IRS ignored all of my messages and their phone service would consistently refuse to let me speak to anyone.
